At Ease Events KC

Laura was absolutely incredible! She was our wedding coordinator for our wedding, she completely took over 30 days out from the wedding and it was a huge weight off my shoulders. I completely trusted her with contact between all of our vendors, she was wonderful in communicating with them and setting up a timeline. My email inbox looked a lot better with her doing all the communication, I then had all vendor questions that she couldn’t answer (which was minimal) just in one simple email from Laura every now and then. On the day of, everything was perfectly timed out, the timeline she created was wonderful and was a link we could share with all our wedding party. We didn’t have a cake stand and she went to the venue she owns and brought one back for us to use!! We couldn’t believe how nice!! She was a rockstar at getting everyone where they needed to be, when they needed to be there and keeping everything flowing. We ran out of margaritas 3 times (yikes) and every time she was on the ball communicating with our vendor to get us more! Professional, easy to work with, highly recommend!

We worked with Laura as our day of coordinator and I absolutely could not express how seamless she made our big day! I didn't have to stress about a single thing when our day came! We met with her about a month in advance and she took over all vendor communication and I trusted her completely! I didn't have to worry about a thing on our wedding day- from receiving all vendors at the reception, to coordinating our ceremony and making sure all flowers and decor were where they needed to be- she was truly exceptional! I can't imagine doing the day without her. She was also so sweet and fun to work with!

At Ease Events is absolutely fabulous. Laura is extremely organized and is always on top of everything. My wedding went absolutely perfect. Laura, Audi and Morgan made sure everything went smoothly and there were no hiccups. They had to corral a wedding party of 18 and make sure everyone was on time. They nailed it. I had absolutely no stress through out the planning process and no stress on my wedding day. Everything was organized and Laura made sure everything was moving and on time. Nothing went wrong. I cannot say just how much I recommend At Ease Events. I do not regret my decision to work with them.
