Ultrapom Event Rentals

Carolyn and the UltraPom team is one of the best in KC when it comes to renting wedding and event items to fulfill your vision. They have an endless amount of rentals in so many different colors and styles it’s insane. Carolyn is consistent, professional and reliable no matter how big or small the event. And she’s wonderful to work with! She brings her fun and sometimes quirky personality wherever she goes and treats everyone with the care that I’m sure she would want to be treated with. And she knows a lot of vendors around KC so (on the off chance) she doesn’t have it, I’m sure she can still point you the right direction. No matter how big or small of event your having, UltraPom can help you out!

I used Ultrapom for both nights of our wedding ceremony. The staff was so helpful at helping me pick out exactly what I needed for the wedding day and always kept great communication with me throughout the planning process. I had originally gone to them because they had a white stage I really wanted for our event but when I went there I found out it was booked that day, they were so great at helping me find another option so it was fine. The morning of my wedding I got a call, they had moved around their pick ups and I could have the white stage! It was so elegant and perfect and I could not thank them enough for remembering that I wanted that and making all my dreams come true. They are by far the way to go for event rentals in Kansas City.

Brooke and Carolyn are hands down the best in rental gurus in town. They have so much to offer, and if they didn’t have exactly what we wanted, they were willing and excited to talk about ways to make it happen. They’re both so creative and helped my wedding day vision come to life. The deliveries were all on-time, clean, and they worked great with the other vendors. We had to call our rain plan and move the ceremony and cocktail hour inside, and their team did not miss a beat with helping get this done and still making the venue look gorgeous. I don’t know what we would have done without them!
