We provide multiple packages to fit your specific needs. You can do personal training for months with a personalized nutrition plan. Or maybe a group setting is more your speed? Our group sessions will help push you to the next level as the group strives for greatness. If you’re the type of person that just needs a jumping off point, our smallest package includes a couple personal sessions with nutrition recommendations to start your journey. And for those brides and grooms who are a team, utilize our couples training!

MEET THE OWNER

Hello, I'm Margo Hurst, I am a ISSA Certified Personal Trainer, ISSA Certified Nutrition Specialist, Competitive Cheer Coach, Mom of 4 (really 5 if you count my husband Jeff LOL!), and ...A Giant Slayer! I am passionate about helping people learn how to take control of their general health, fitness goals, and eating habits, and slay any giants whether mental of physical that continue to get in the way of God's purpose in our lives. All of my workouts are designed to help each individual reach their greatest potential so whether you come in to train alone or with a friend I am always here to encourage you, push you and motivate you to keep going even when you think you can't. I will be your biggest cheerleader and toughest trainer.
