Hi, my name is Kayti. I’m passionate about what I do, a go getter, and the person you can count on to always reply right back! I moved to Kansas City in 2010 where I received a bachelor’s degree in interior design. I met my soul mate in 2014 and we were married that next year! We have the sweetest, sassiest, most adorable daughter alongside our two dogs. After college I began working for a new home builder where I discovered my passion for real estate. I’m a person who cares deeply and I’ll do anything and everything I can for my clients. Some of my strengths include knowledge in both new construction and interior design, great listening skills, and my creative problem solving. I love what I do because I help people find a place where memories will be made, where they want to bring loved ones, a home!

I'm a first time home buyer and had no idea what to expect when looking for houses. In this current housing market, it was difficult to find a house that I liked and that worked with my budget (since all the houses are going for $20K over asking). I thought finding a house on an app would be easy...
Thats when I gave Kayti a call. Kayti asked me what I was looking for in a house, budget and location. After that she handled everything. It was so nice waking up to an email of listings that she had already hand picked for me to view. Kayti made setting up showing times a breeze and I didn't have to do anything except show up. Once I found the house I wanted, within hours - Kayti had the paperwork all done and ready for me to sign. Which made finding a house, buying a house and getting the house a breeze, the way home buying should be.
