ABOUT TOWN SQUARE

Located in the Historic Park Square in the heart of Paola, Kansas, Town Square invites you to have your wedding ceremony and reception in its friendly, vintage atmosphere. This restored, two-story building is equipped with gleaming hardwood floors, exposed brick walls and high ceilings. Rows of wide windows invite natural light into the huge space. Elaborately embellished tin-stamped ceilings add elegance and class. The two-tiered main room is a sophisticated blank canvas between events, allowing the staff to transform it to the exact specifications of your vision. Town Square is able to accommodate up to 350 guests, but if this venue does not meet your needs, Town Square offers their wedding services for outside venues.

Town Square is known for professional and friendly services and their creatively rendered and breathtaking ceremonies and receptions are often sought out for recognition. This venue prides itself in being an all-inclusive wedding venue with the ability to take care of every aspect of a celebration, from decorations to music to catering. We had our wedding and reception and couldn't have been happier with our experience! Michelle, Tammy and the rest of the staff were very easy to work with. They provide the tables, chairs, linens, plates, silverware and glasses, and centerpieces. They set everything up beforehand, cleaned everything up afterwards, took care of every little detail perfectly, and left us free to enjoy our special day together! The food was fantastic as well. The venue looks great and has so much character, and the lights make it really festive at night! We got so many comments from our guests saying how this was one of the best weddings they had ever been to and the staff at Town Square is a big reason why.

From the day we toured the place and put down a deposit to a few days after the wedding, the staff here was so great to work with. They answered all of my questions and took care of every little detail. They meet with us in person as many times as I needed to pick decorations, food, etc. I cannot say enough good things on how above and beyond the staff went to make sure our day was perfect. We had them provide the flowers, food, decorations, and DJ as well. We received so many compliments from our guests on the space, decoration and food. Multiple people told us it was the best food they ever ate at a wedding! It was also so much easier to have so many items taken care of by one vendor. It made it much easier when it came to payment and organizing all vendors! But the best part was how much they were willing to work with us to make it the exact day we wanted. It didn't matter how unique a food request was, they made it happen. We were very picky about the alcohol we wanted served and they were great about getting the exact beer and wine we asked for and letting us bring in our own beer as well. I also really appreciated the storage room full of wedding decorations and centerpieces that we got to use for free.

Town Square is the ultimate wedding venue! Not only is it a beautiful space, but everyone there is so great to work with and made planning for our big day so easy!!! I loved that they provided a one-stop-shop for nearly everything. They provided the space, wedding planner, decorations (including set up and take down with hundreds of possibilities to choose from), flowers, cake, food, alcohol, rehearsal dinner, and even the tuxes! I highly recommend Town Square!!!
