My Event Planning

I am excited to say that we were Martha’s first booking when she decided to launch her business back in 2020. She was also the first vendor we booked for our 5/14/2022 wedding. While I had some bias for her, having had lots of experience with her planning abilities in other adventures, this would be my first journey with her from start to finish working so closely together and I couldn’t have been more excited! Since that time, I have been elated to watch her succeed and her business grow tremendously. But I’ve been more in love with the love and care she puts in to every event she plans. We booked her full planning services and that’s EXACTLY what we got. We had almost 2 years to plan, and she helped us research and book vendors, she collected and housed our contracts, facilitated vendor payments, she coordinated our timelines and vendor communications, made sure we hit our deadlines and our wedding party and vendors were all on point with everything that needed coordinated. She had numerous planning meetings with us, and that’s not even including the day of coordination! When our DJ bailed on us just a few weeks before the wedding, this woman was at our house at 9pm on a Tuesday night helping us pin down a new one and she didn’t leave until we had one on the line 🤩 that is dedication! I will never forget, she said, “nobody panics until Martha panics” and I knew at that moment she had it handled. My type A personality would have totally freaked out if we hadn’t had her as part of our team. But she was there to clean up the mess for us and that’s EXACTLY why everyone needs MY Event Planning in their lives. Even if you think you’ve planned for everything, something will inevitably happen and when it does, Martha has your back! Oh… and did I mention she’s a PHENOMENAL secret keeper??? I’ll let my husband (still can’t believe I get to say that!) talk about his surprise to me in his review, but Martha helped me for more than a year to track down and bring KC Wolf to my wedding to surprise my husband on the dance floor. It was the absolute hit of the night and he was blown away!! The amount of work that went in to that part alone was amazing and when I say I couldn’t have accomplished it without her, I MEAN IT! Our wedding was an absolute dream. Everyone says “something” will go wrong on your wedding day. Maybe our wedding was an exception, but I can truly say NOTHING went awry on our day. And it could never for a second have been so perfect without Martha. I mean that with all of my heart. I don’t know how she does it but I’m convinced she has 12 doppelgängers because that’s how much she gets done in a single day ❤ We love you so much Martha. Keep thriving and being your amazing self. I worked alongside Martha at a NYE wedding where my company XXV Business were the photographers and videographers. Since the first time I spoke with her she was the most understanding and flexible vendor I have worked with yet. She was respectful of our process and communicated in a timely manner with us which is so important! I highly recommend Martha for your special day!

My florist recommended Martha to me. I am a full-time corporate event planner, and by trade, knew I would need someone I trusted on my team on what is one the most important days of my life. Martha was there the months leading up to the wedding for every call or text to listen to what new crazy story or idea I had to run by her. She was my superwoman, and saved every part of my day from running bouquets to the church to going out and buying boob tape and even an easel! She also dissembled all of the décor, packed it up and collected the “lost and found” pieces. There’s no one I would have trusted more to be the “me” (coordinator/planner) at my wedding.
