There are not enough words to describe how grateful my husband and I are for WIE - especially Ali and Rachael. Rachael was in contact with me throughout the entire planning process and helped with anything I needed without hesitation. She was the calm to my crazy and helped make my special day absolutely perfect. She even made sure to pack and return our wedding things to us a few days after wedding even though she wasn't obligated to. When I showed up to the church and reception everything was better than I imagined. Rachael ensured everything was the way I wanted it and I completely trusted her. I received so many compliments from my other vendors as well as family members about how amazing she was. She will not disappoint - if anything she will go above and beyond your expectations. I would choose her again in a heartbeat. Ali was by my side the entire day of the wedding. She was there to quite literally help me with everything. She held my veil, flowers, got me drinks, helped with eyelashes, kept us on track, etc. She was incredible to not only me, but everyone in my wedding party. She and Rachael both worked tirelessly to make sure my wedding day was flawless and stress-free for me and my family. There aren't enough words to show my appreciation for the both of them. Rachael and the entire Whatever is Lovely team are magical and we’re so grateful to have found them for our wedding. Feeling very overwhelmed at the start of our wedding planning, I reached out to Rachael for a meeting. Upon meeting her, she immediately made me feel less overwhelmed and I left feeling like with her by our side, we could actually start enjoying the wedding planning process! Once the pandemic hit and we had to rethink our plans, Rachael made us feel sane, safe and calm by helping us with our next steps. She looked into new options for our minimony and was there for us every step of the way. I had too many questions / concerns and she listened to every single one of them and understood my vision and style even before I could make decisions. She just got us as a couple and was flexible and super understanding of all of our changing plans and put us first throughout the re-planning process. On the day of - she was incredible. Rachael helped us with every detail for the day of - from set up / decoration to making sure the right people had the right food and just being there for whatever and anything that came up, she really went above and beyond the entire day. My type A and planning personality was able to relax and enjoy the day because of her and her team. Looking back, out of all of the thing she did and was for our wedding – and it was a lot! – what we loved the most about having Rachael as our coordinator was that she made sure our wedding day was a reflection of who we were as a couple. While she worked on every detail and literally helped us with everything, she made sure we as a couple didn’t get lost in all of the details & lose sight of our vision. All in all, she took really excellent care of us throughout the entire process and wedding day and we couldn’t be more thankful!

Rachael and her team made our wedding a dream come true. Without WIL I would have overspent and overstressed with an underwhelming experience. Instead, I got to enjoy the planning while staying in budget, which resulted in the wedding I had always dreamed of. The most common question I got when people asked if I had a planner was, “Don’t planners just do what they want to do? It’s not really your vision is it?” You guys! Rachael listened to everything we wanted and built on it. She took our ideas and vision and made it happen. At times when I was unsure, of course she stepped in and gave me options but at the end of the day, she always had my best interest in mind. Let’s talk about Rachael and her team. They have absolute hearts of gold! The sweetest ladies you’ll ever meet and they are all organized, professional and absolute joy to be around. My family commented all day how they had everything under control and kept things in order. Rachael has a person for everything. She’s been in the business so long she has all the connections with all the right people. All of my vendors were wonderful and worked so well together. If I could go back and redo it, I wouldn’t change a thing! I’d just relive what a perfect day we had. Thank you to Rachael and her entire team at Whatever Is Lovely Events! You all are amazing!
