The Gathering

The Gathering KC is Kansas City’s newest non-profit venue, revitalized by The Hope Center. Nestled in the heart of the East Side, this historic landmark has been transformed into a breathtaking event space that bridges past and present.

Our venue features over 13,000 square feet of beautifully restored architecture, including a soaring 43-foot cathedral ceiling, ornate crown molding, original woodwork, and vibrant stained-glass windows. The Gathering KC accommodates up to 300 guests and offers state-of-the-art amenities like our customizable LED wall and integrated sound system.

Whether hosting a wedding, corporate event, or community gathering, all proceeds directly support The Hope Center’s transformative work in the neighborhood. When you choose The Gathering, you’re not just booking a venue—you’re investing in Kansas City’s future.

• Up to 12 hours of building access (starting at 9 AM; events end by 11 PM)
• 1-hour rehearsal (subject to availability; can be scheduled 60 days before the wedding takes place).
