ABOUT
Fika Coffee is a mobile coffee cart serving the greater Kansas City area. Fika is a Swedish word that translates to “Taking a break for coffee and a sweet treat.” Fika is a cherished custom in Swedish culture. Fika reflects the Swedish ideal of slowing down. Challenging us to appreciate the little moments. Fika is often practiced with others. It allows us to prioritize our time with others and allows us to grow in relationships with others. One of the biggest opportunities I see is not just having Fika be our name but rather a mindset we can embody.
I hope that Fika will change the narrative and create peace and rest based on how we serve and interact with our customers, partner with companies, help support their needs, and build relationships in our community.
