RJ and Emma didn’t overlook a single detail or spare any expense at their downtown Kansas City wedding. It took months leading up to this day to bring all of these details together and Wild Hill Flowers & Events brought together their vision for a Catholic wedding in Kansas City perfectly.
The ceremony was hosted at Our Lady of Sorrows – a church of astounding design and architecture. After the ceremony the newlyweds and bridal party went to the Nelson Museum of Art for photos. And no elite wedding reception is overlooked at The Abbott inside the Crossroads of downtown Kansas City. An evening of white and blush elegance was accompanied by glistening chandeliers.

HOW THEY MET: Through mutual friends in high school.
THE PROPOSAL: RJ proposed to Emma on the lawn at Liberty Memorial overlooking the Kansas City skyline on March 18, 2018.
PERSONAL PIECES: Emma’s grandmother gave her a Rosary that she had carried on her wedding day; Emma cherished it throughout the engagement and held it around her bouquet.
