An Enchanted Garden

This inspiration shoot features the finest businesses for florals, invitation design, wedding dresses, and wedding photography in Kansas City. Together, these businesses create a vision of enchantment similar to that of a secret garden; an enchanted garden. Our favorite parts of this inspiration shoot? First, the illusion neckline on the wedding dress. Second, the handwritten vows on a keepsake scroll from the ceremony. Last the macaroon favors. Because who doesn’t like macaroons?! But let’s be real, you can’t take one piece without the other. It takes all pieces of this design to create a true garden-inspired feel.

Ceremony

The arbor was built by The Cottage Rose, using nothing other than natural elements. Reception

You will notice that flowers and greenery quickly became the focal point with personal touches tucked in as accents. Just look at those tall arrangements that look like are straight from the garden! Cake

The cake design itself is simple, it’s just a four-tier white cake. The wow comes in with the floral work. A handcrafted birch wood slab holds the cake up so that greenery can cover the table top. This garden look makes the table look as if it has been sitting amongst the trees and moss for years. The small candles create a golden glow illuminating the greenery and softening the look of the table.
