THE LOVE STORY

WEDDING DATE: October 8, 2022

HOW THEY MET: Katie was in search for a date to her sorority party when a mutual friend suggested Drake. The two connected on Instagram and officially met at a game-day tailgate a few days later.

THE PROPOSAL: Drake treated Katie to a day filled with all of her favorite Kansas City things to do and then dropped to one knee at a bench in front of Union Station as friends and family watched the proposal from the skywalk.

A SPECIAL TOUCH: The flowers in Katie’s dress and the orchids in her floral arrangements were a representation and ode to her Hawaiian heritage.
