RENTAL PACKAGES:
- The Day: 10-hour (not available on Fridays or Saturdays May-October)
- The Weekend: 48-hour (from 10 a.m. Friday through 10 a.m. Sunday)
- The Experience: 48-hour venue rental plus lodging at Emerson Suites for up to 14 people for two nights
We also offer an Epic Celebration Package as an add-on that allows for a later reception end time, late-night pizza delivery, and a fireworks finale!

Hello! We are Steve and Amelia Holder and we’ve been in the wedding industry for over 15 years, first as a wedding photographer, and now as venue owners. We’ve designed Emerson Fields to be timeless, elegant, and photographed beautifully. I've only gotten married once... but can I say best wedding venue EVER ?! After learning about Emerson Field's 48 hour rental policy, seeing the venue in person, and meeting Amelia and Steve, we knew it was the one! Amelia was great at communicating with us leading up to the wedding. She helped us make sure we weren't forgetting any details and also offered advice to any questions we had. It was also so nice having access to their preferred vendor directory as we are from out of town. Their recommendations were top notch. As for our wedding weekend, the 48 hour rental allowed us to have as much of a relaxing and low-stress weekend as we could. Amelia and Steve were also there for anything we needed all weekend. They are such nice and good people, and I cannot recommend them and EF enough! We received SO many compliments from our wedding guests. Book with Emerson Fields, you won't regret it!
My daughter recently got married Emerson Fields. It's the *best* wedding venue in Mid-MO in my opinion! It has everything from beautiful lakeside sunsets, to wild flowers, to brides and grooms suites, large spacious indoor venue with floor-to-ceiling windows, large outdoor pavilion, and a sliding glass wall that walks out to a stunning patio deck. Perfect for cocktail hour! Your vendors will love preparing your meal in the commercial kitchen and the large concrete bar . But the best asset is Amelia Holder , the venue's owner. Amelia is highly experienced with hundreds of weddings so you can count on her to provide helpful tips. She's professional, calm, helpful, and has seen it all. She even makes sure to store some snacks in the fridge for the vendors! Be sure to check out her approved list of vendors. We were glad we did! Thanks Emerson Fields for making our daughter's fairy tale wedding magical.
I'm a Kansas City photographer and recently attended a photography workshop for Emerson Fields' open house. What a DREAM it was to photograph this gorgeous venue! They have truly thought of everything when it comes to ensuring you and your photographer are set up for success on wedding day. Not only is it aesthetically pleasing, but it's practical, and shows the owners have a genuine understanding of what makes a wedding day flow smoothly. Amelia was amazing to work with leading up to the shoot day and on the day of. She is down-to-earth, friendly, and oh, so on top of things! I hope to be back photographing this beautiful space again very, very soon!
