If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further! Where do I even begin? When we first toured LSR, it was the first venue tour we had done, and we had three more other scheduled for that same week. After meeting Linda, seeing the property and all the beautiful things it has to offer we were blown away. We ended up cancelling all the other venue tours and let Linda know we just saw ourselves getting married there. Now we are married and LSR played such a huge role in how smoothly things went. The Bridal Cottage is a hair/makeup artist's dream. We did an indoor ceremony and reception and I genuinely do not think it could have gone any better than it did. Sydney was our Event Manager and when I tell you that she is a phenomenal person, I am not exaggerating at all. She was so wonderful, I cannot thank her enough. She and Linda are both just the most genuine and kind people you could ever meet, and they pour their heart and soul into every wedding they host. Their property and their reviews are an obvious example of just how much pride they take in their work. They use Brancato's Catering as their exclusive caterer and I was constantly getting compliments from our guests on the food and drinks. We stayed in the Honeymoon Cottage after the wedding and it was so nice to just be able to stay on location. They also set up cake, champagne, and a meal from the caterer in the cottage so as soon as you go in, you can eat and relax. LSR is a breathtaking venue, no doubt, but you are getting so much more than just a place to get married. The venue is so beautiful that we didn't even decorate. We did our own centerpieces and let the rest speak for itself. You are also getting Linda and Sydney and I can honestly say it was worth every penny thanks to them!!!

I would highly recommend having your wedding at Lone Summit Ranch! I don't even know how to put into words how much we appreciated every detail that went into this special day for my daughter and her husband. The staff is a class act that has amazing communication and helped us enjoy our day & be in the moment by taking care of all the "little things". The bridal cottage is such an amazing area for the girls and moms to get ready and enjoy that part of the day together before all the big festivities start. I received multiple compliments on the beauty of the property with all the immaculately kept flowers all around the property when we were outside for the ceremony and before the guests entered the reception area. We fell in love with how the reception space turned out. It was beautifully transformed with all the floral arrangements and centerpieces. My daughter said it was her dream day and she could not have imagined anything better! It is worth every penny you will invest to work with Linda and her team to have a day you will remember for a life time!

Oh my, our list of positives to share about Lone Summit Ranch are endless! As Kansas City wedding planners, we get the unique perspective from not only seeing them in action with our clients, but also seeing them work with the entire vendor team. Yes, the space is BEAUTIFUL - you can see that in all of their images. But the real differing factor with them is how hard their team works to produce the best days. When I say that this team works HARD, I’m saying that they are some of the hardest workers in the industry. Their team is on site all day - not just taking care of managing the venue, but purely providing any and all that they can to make the day easier & better for the clients and vendors. One moment that really stood out to me: During an event together last summer they were constantly checking in on the party and the vendors that we’re out in the heat, bringing us cold waters, checking in on us, and transporting us on their golf cart. They were truly attentive. They were so active and present the entire day, it’s simply felt like they were just one of the family checking in on us. Thank you, Linda and Sydney, for not only taking care of our couples, but for taking care of us. Your dedication to the wedding community does not go unnoticed!
