The Loretto is Kansas City’s premier Historical venue for both Weddings and Receptions. The turn of the century non-denominational chapel is unsurpassed in its beauty with its original stained glass windows and architecture. Amenities at this venue include a grand ballroom, auditorium, beautiful suites to get ready in, a pre-function area with built-in bar, round tables, rectangular tables, chairs, handicap accessible ground, and accessible free parking. The Loretto accommodates events with up to 300 guests.

We chose the Loretto for our January wedding because of how much we instantly loved the coordinator, Nora, and it was the best decision we made. Nora is absolutely amazing; she is patient, kind, and so easy to get along with. The marble staircase was stunning for our first look pictures, and the chapel is beautiful. I cannot recommend the Loretto enough, our wedding would not have been the same at any other venue.

The Loretto was the perfect space for our wedding! I loved having a separate chapel and reception hall on site and both were extremely beautiful and elegant. The location in Midtown is ideal, especially for out of town guests. All of the staff was great. We delayed the big wedding celebration due to COVID, and John was very accommodating, still letting us use the chapel on our original wedding date for a small ceremony at no extra charge. Nora went above and beyond to help at both events we had there. Even the bartenders were awesome - our guests made multiple comments about them. Would definitely recommend this venue if you have the budget for it!
