Vivid Colors Wedding at Home Place

There is one word for this wedding inspiration: bold. This vivid colors wedding at Home Place at Valley View drew inspiration on choosing color to be a part of the wedding design, and not being afraid to show it off. 

The venue is stunning in its own right – but we enjoyed bringing some life to the rolling countryside with bold colors. The ceremony location is situated on top of a hill with a wooden backdrop – which worked perfect for our metal arch and bold florals.

The barn, where the reception is typically located is the perfect backdrop for outdoor photos, so we put the elaborate yet, fun, vibrant, and inviting reception table outside the main doors of the barn. The inside is equally as beautiful, but it was a lovely day outside and the fresh air allured us to the outdoors. A fun blue accent was added to the table design to balance the orange and yellow hues – with natural charges and wood table number balancing all of the colors.

The grounds of Home Place at Valley View are certainly a bonus when you host a wedding there. There are endless paths and natural elements to capture a picture within. We found a fall tree that at first didn’t strike any feelings, but once the bride and groom were standing within the full view of the tree and the woods behind it, it really became quite a beautiful shot.
