Welcome to Cedar Valley Forest! If you love nature, being outdoors, Christmas trees, whimsical trails covered by trees, sparkling creeks, a classic farm experience with a touch of modern style, then Cedar Valley Forest is the perfect place for you. Wedding packages range from $3500.00-$7800.00 and always include access to over 1500 pieces of decor, free of charge. You can learn all about what we have to offer on our website and even find a link there to book a tour. We are excited to celebrate your day, your forever!

Our fully renovated Barn with patio, Silo Bar and fire pit can accommodate 250 guests and provides a backup option for an indoor ceremony.
Love Oaks is our outdoor ceremony site surrounded by pine and oak trees with a pond in the background.
1500 sq ft Cottage is our onsite bridal suite and groom’s suite.

Hey, I’m Jill and I own Cedar Valley Forest. Andrea is my manager, at the venue, and I’m so blessed to have her working for me! Together we make it our mission to give you the wedding you have always dreamed of while working with your budget and keeping it as stress free as possible.

Cedar Valley Forest is truly a gem!!! The venue and property are absolutely gorgeous. The Love Oaks ceremony site is perfect as is, but easy to decorate if you wanted to. The reception hall was air conditioned, which I felt was a rare find for the more rustic venues in the area, and the venue had tons of decor items for us to borrow for no extra cost - that was a huge bonus for us, as we don't live in KS and didn't want to haul a bunch of decor from home. Andrea and Jill were a HUGE help to us throughout the planning process, as well as on the day of the wedding - they were quick to respond to questions, gave us helpful tips and advice when it came to decisions on floor plans, other vendors, and timelines, and Andrea worked so hard to make sure our wedding day went smoothly. The cottage is kept immaculately clean and was comfortable for the entire wedding party to get ready in, and it was really cool to watch our guests move from the reception hall to the ceremony site before the wedding from the cottage with my bridesmaids. I'm sure I could say much more about how great CVF and their staff is, but I think people should experience it all for themselves. Highly, highly recommend Cedar Valley Forest.

Jill & Andrea we’re both phenomenal! Not only were the venue areas (cottage, ceremony, reception) so clean and prepped but they both went above and beyond to make my day soooo special! Forever grateful for these two and the BEAUTIFUL venue.

Hosted our daughter’s wedding at Cedar Valley Forest. The venue is exceptional inside and outside, perfect ceremony site and amazing indoor/outdoor vibe for reception. On site decor can express any bride’s style & the wedding coordinators lend ease to the entire process by anticipating and meeting needs.
